Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, metaverse)
- Lead innovation labs and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience launching at least two market-defining technology products
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
