Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen human-computer interfaces (BCI, AR/VR)
- Drive strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums for 2026 innovation initiatives
- Translate emerging tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, Web4.0) into commercial blueprints
- Chair the Future Ethics Council, establishing governance for autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation funding through NSF grants and corporate partnerships
- Present technology visions to C-suite boards and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from research to production (Fortune 500 experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in decentralized systems, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech architecture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature on 2030+ technology forecasting
- Experience managing $20M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI on innovation projects
- Certifications in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) and AI Ethics (Google TensorFlow)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
