Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience managing cross-cultural global innovation teams
