- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain implementation at enterprise scale
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTP, CTSP)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience in agile/lean methodologies for long-term innovation
