Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and future scenario planning models
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies post-2020
- Expertise in horizon scanning, futures research methodologies, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-tech initiatives (AI, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
