Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 10-year market potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with global business objectives
- Manage portfolio of 15+ experimental projects from prototype to production
- Present strategic visions to investors, governments, and industry boards
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Experience securing $100M+ in R&D funding or government partnerships
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
