Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Conduct research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement future-focused innovation projects
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and driving organizational change
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in innovation management or technology forecasting preferred
