Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, AR/VR, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-computer symbiosis
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies for complex R&D environments
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing languages
