- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
