Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen systems integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 10-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior architects through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale (>$100M ARR impact)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology trends
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and system modeling tools
