- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists, engineers, and domain specialists
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ new filings by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$30M and launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Executive-level experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in journals like Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
