- Oversee technology roadmapping with 3-5 year vision aligned with business objectives
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI projections for emerging technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching futuristic technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and emerging market disruptions
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
