- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and impact analyses to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D challenges, and knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of tech disruption cycles and market convergence patterns
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
