- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape through proprietary intelligence systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning) highly desirable
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) a plus
