Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience leading global teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
