- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess market readiness for 2026 adoption
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-use scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology management (CTM, CTO, or equivalent) preferred
