- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at top-tier tech firms
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
- Deep network with global tech innovation ecosystems
