Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technology frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive dashboards and whitepapers
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-forward solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., from Singularity University)
