Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum AI, biotech integration, and sustainable computing
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging academia, industry, and policy sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing technologies against disruption
- Drive partnerships with global research institutions for 2026+ breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-oriented projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
