- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 5-10 year impact
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system integration
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on 2026 technology trends
- Build and lead a cross-functional future-tech incubation program
- Quantify ROI for moonshot initiatives using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products/services
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology disruption topics
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
