Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation and ROI analysis for experimental initiatives
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership on future tech trends and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast technology adoption curves
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
