Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Strong financial modeling for technology ROI and investment scenarios
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Global regulatory foresight in technology governance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
