Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead ideation sessions with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments in next-generation technologies
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating breakthrough innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Present visionary blueprints to stakeholders including venture capitalists and government agencies
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with beta partners across healthcare, energy, and logistics sectors
- Build and mentor a team of 12 futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Produce quarterly impact reports tracking technological adoption and ROI against strategic KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of at least three paradigm-shifting technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or autonomous systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, or equivalent)
- Experience securing $50M+ in funding for experimental technology initiatives
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent foresight training
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
