Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and C-suite stakeholders to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) and translate insights into scalable business models
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for proprietary technologies with $100M+ commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-level executives and venture capital partners to secure funding and partnerships
- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists while fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ revenue impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Porter's Five Forces) and market analysis tools
- Experience securing federal grants or venture capital for early-stage technology initiatives
