Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 18-24 month vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen technology adoption and deployment
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
