Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy aligning with ESG and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips)
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology pilots
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature Technology Review
- Partner with academic institutions on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting tools
- Track record of securing $1M+ in innovation grants
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
