Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial application
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable AI and carbon-negative computing solutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio of delivered innovation projects with measurable market impact
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technologies or adjacent fields
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
