Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Architect scalable systems capable of processing exascale data by 2026
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Prototype solutions for climate modeling and carbon capture optimization
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through compelling technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology paradigms
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE) on quantum/AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing DoD/DARPA grants for advanced R&D
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Track record of commercializing bleeding-edge technologies
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Ability to translate complex concepts for C-suite stakeholders
