Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or neuromorphic systems

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with 3D simulation and digital twin technologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and governance
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
