Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for quantum-resistant cryptography and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in bio-integrated computing and climate tech
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with policy experts to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive innovation sprints on quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts at global tech forums including TechCrunch Disrupt and CES
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ technology R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative tech
- Experience with US DoD DARPA grants and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM) and quantum computing
