Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present future tech strategies to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and product architects
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools and strategic storytelling
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, Stanford LEAD)
