Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline the strategic technology vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead AI & Innovation Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) into core business processes.
- Technical Architecture Oversight: Guide the architecture team in designing scalable, secure, and future-proof systems that can handle the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Proactively identify technological risks and compliance challenges associated with new tech adoption.
- Talent & Culture Development: Recruit and mentor top-tier technical talent to build a future-ready workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Strategic Planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps that drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
