Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the year 2026, identifying key emerging trends and disruptive technologies.
- R&D Management: Oversee a team of researchers and engineers to validate concepts related to Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Advanced Robotics.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem to gain early access to breakthrough innovations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to forecast market shifts and competitor movements specifically targeting the 2026 horizon.
- Product Integration: Translate high-level strategic vision into actionable technical specifications for our engineering teams.
- Executive Communication: Present complex, forward-looking strategies to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling manner.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior strategy or R&D role within a Fortune 500 technology company.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead of the market and define long-term roadmaps.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
