Role Overview:
As the 2026 Horizon Lead, you will act as the bridge between current operations and future possibilities. Your insights will guide executive leadership in allocating resources toward technologies that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends, competitor moves, and technological advancements predicted for the 2026 timeframe.
- Develop a comprehensive, multi-year strategic roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Design, to validate futuristic concepts.
- Present high-level strategic concepts to stakeholders and investors with clarity and persuasion.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Prototype and test early-stage concepts to de-risk the path to 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or technology consulting.
- Strong background in emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality (XR), or Quantum Computing.
- Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
