Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies through 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, IoT, and quantum computing
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align tech investments with future market demands
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech foresight
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
