Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze global tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with policy experts to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Build partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering tech roadmaps with measurable impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience working with government agencies or Fortune 500 clients
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or patents
