- Present strategic visions to investors and board members
- Build and manage a 15-person elite innovation team
- Partner with academic institutions for breakthrough research
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all products
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Expertise in tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, or fusion tech
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
