Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) into scalable solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through MVP testing
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, trend reports, and internal thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
