- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for cutting-edge R&D
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development, targeting 50% carbon reduction by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in at least two global languages with cross-cultural negotiation expertise
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
