Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Monitor server systems and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and stability during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated tickets reported by the day shift team.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security backups.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift engineering team to resolve complex issues identified overnight.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on remote diagnostics.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
