- Manage Tickets: Log and prioritize incoming support requests via our ticketing system with accuracy and speed.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, patient, and professional guidance to clients via phone and email.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
- Documentation: Update knowledge base articles and technical logs to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems; basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) is helpful.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
