Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and user account issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support tickets.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and hardware components.
