Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during night hours.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Log and categorize support tickets in the internal CRM system with high accuracy.
- Escalate critical incidents to the on-call Day Shift team when necessary.
- Conduct routine security audits and patch management updates.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations for incoming staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
