Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, and remote access.
- User Support: Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients requiring weekend assistance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets, solutions, and client interactions in our ticketing system.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alerts to proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the full-time IT team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the specified shift hours.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, troubleshooting network connectivity, and basic hardware repair.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
