- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present future tech visions to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Monitor competitor tech trajectories and identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech adoption curves and market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
