Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) for strategic implementation potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruptor threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic direction
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, VCs, academia)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
