Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods (15+ engineers, designers, scientists)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption goals
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-year predictive modeling
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives targeting net-positive impact
- Present vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling teams from 0 to 500+ in high-growth environments
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
