- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision

- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee technology adoption frameworks for 15+ product lines
- Build partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
