Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term technological vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI and Quantum integration.
- Lead high-level research initiatives to explore emerging technologies and validate feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with next-gen computing paradigms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for bold initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or R&D projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
