Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and implementation of next-gen technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) for the 2026 release cycle.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on long-term scalability and futuristic architecture.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate the value of the 2026 vision to investors and partners.
- R&D Leadership: Establish and oversee R&D initiatives aimed at solving complex problems that will arise in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and future-facing protocols.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
